Apurva Parikh

Assistant Professor

My interests lie in building technologies and infrastructure, historic sites and their potential to decipher built-form and urban patterns. I like to explore new processes and methods of working with architectural form. I have been a part of many measured drawing and documentation studios as a part of the study trip program at the school and believe that the work is important as it creates new knowledge of the cultures and histories of our country.

As an architect I have a keen interest in material and structural design, with an eye on details and architectural language whether it is interior environments, buildings or installations. My role in my practice is managing all aspects of work with an eye on management, administration and interaction with all partners, staff and contractors for project co-ordination. My strength lies in the conceptualisation and design development of the projects.
