Milestones

Nikhil is the founder and principal architect of De FACTO. De FACTO stands for design factory and is the story of two creators and their career spanning over twelve years. At the onset of our practice our quest was to develop an integrated design process to pursue new solutions for all types of project briefs. During this journey, we have developed an enormous variety of projects, using our design philosophy that emerges from personal perspectives and spatial engagement. We have a contemporary and flexible approach towards design and technology with no particular style and draw inspiration from walks of life, art, culture and people involved. This approach has allowed us to give expression to its essence in every project, generating a distinct quality of its own.
